Teleperformance is seeking Customer Support Associates for their domestic blended process. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via call and chat, resolving their queries related to service, subscriptions, and orders. You will need to handle dynamic situations with technical dexterity and presence of mind, even under adverse situations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and their own laptop/desktop, internet connection, webcam, and USB headset. The candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
In return for your hard work, you will receive one-sided drop or pick-up during odd hour shifts ending or beginning. This is a part-time, permanent position in the BPO/Call Centre industry, working in the Customer Success, Service & Operations department. A graduation degree is not required.
