  4. Period of deputation: Period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years.
. Eligibility conditions for appointment on deputation: Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Government Financial institutions including RBI, NABARD, SIDBI or Public Sector Financial institutions (including Public Sector Banks):

(a).(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department ;OR 

(ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the PB-3; Rs, 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs, 6600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department

6. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University; Ten years' experience of inspection of vigilance or operational work in the field or Foreign Trade or Foreign Exchange.
 
7. Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognised University; OR A qualification recognised for enrollment in the register of members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of of India; OR Diploma in Taxation Law from a recognized University or Institute.
 
8. Job Profile; This post is to provide technical assistance/expertise in investigation of cases involving Foreign Trade or Foreign Exchange , Inspection, Operational work and to supervise the work of other technical officers working under him, if any.

AGE:
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications

  1. Applications of only such officers/candidates will be considered as are routed through proper channel and are accompanied with
(i) cadre clearance
(ii) bio-data (in triplicate) as the proforma enclosed
(iii) Attested (on each page with rubber stamp), photocopies of ACRs for the last five years
(iv) Vigilance clearance.
(v) Integrity Certificate and (vi) Statement giving details of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any, during the last 10 years.
 
2. Advance copies of applications, applications received after the closing date or not accompanied with the required certificate/documents are liable to be rejected.
