IOCL Apprentice Job Location:

·         Tamil Nadu, Puducherry,  Karnataka,  Kerala, Andra  Pradesh, Telangana.

IOCL Apprentice Age Limit:

1. Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31/10/2022.

2. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST i.e. up to a max of 29 years, 3 years for OBC-NCL i.e. up to a max of 27 years, Plus 10 years for PWD.

 IOCL Apprentice Salary / Stipend:

·         Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/ 1973/ Apprentices Rules 1992 and as amended from time to time.

 

 

 

IOCL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:

ü  Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Fresher) – Minimum 12th pass (but Below Graduate).

ü  Trade Apprentice (Accounts) Executive)/ Graduate Apprentice – Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in Case of SC/ST/ PWD Candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/ University.

ü 
Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders) – Minimum 12th pass (but below Graduate).

 

ü  Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) – Minimum 12th Pass (But below Graduate).

ü  Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders) – Minimum 12th pass (but below Graduate).

ü  IOCL Apprentice Selection Process:

IOCL Apprentice Vacancy Refineries:  Guwahati, Barauni. Gujarat, Haldia, Mathura, PRPC Panipat, Digbol, Bongaigaon, Paradip.

 

IOCL Apprentice Age Limit:

ü  Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 30th September 2022.

ü  Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST i.e. up to a max of 29 years, 3 years for OBC-NCL i.e. up to a max of 27 years, for the posts reserved for them). Candidates belonging to PWBD categories shall be given age relaxation up to 10 years ( up to 15 years for SC/ST) and up to 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates.

 

IOCL Apprentice Salary / Stipend:

Ø  Trade Apprentice  (Instrument Mechanic): Matric  with 2 (Two) years ITI (Instrument  Mechanic) course.

Ø  Trade Apprentice (Machinist): Matric with 2 (Two) years ITI ( Machinist) course.

Ø  Technician Apprentice ( Mechanical): 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PWBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/ University.

Ø  Technician Apprentice (Electrical); 03 years. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in case of SC/ST/PWBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/ University.

Ø  Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation): 03 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in case of SC/ST/PWBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized  Institute/ University.

Ø  Technician Apprentice (Civil): 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum C/ST/PWBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized  Institute/ University.

Ø  Technician Apprentice (Civil): 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in case of SC/ST/ PWBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.

Ø  Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Fresher) – Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate).

Ø  Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders): Minimum 12th pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.

Ø  Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) – Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate).

Ø  Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders): Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, Candidates should posses Skill Certificate of ‘Retail Trainee Associate’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.

How to Apply IOCL Apprentice Recruitment?

v  Applications are invited by Indian Oil (IOCL) for Apprenticeship at its Refineries at Guwahati, Digboi, Bongaigaon  (all 3 in Assam), Barauni (Bihari), Vadodara  (Gujarat), Haldia (West  Bengal), Mathura (UP), Panipata {Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex (PRC)} (Haryana) and paradip (Odisha).

v  A candidate can apply for apprenticeship in any one of the Refinery unit of his/ her choice.

v  Option for exercising the choice of a Refinery unit has been provided in the application menu (on-line application portal) which shall open at 10:00 hours on 24th September 2022.

v  The  candidate should upload Signature, Photograph and relevant documents.

v  The last date for registration of online applications is 23/10.2022 (Sunday) up to 17;00 hours.
