Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our customer base. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, reaching out to high net-worth individuals, and developing business relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers by selling Banking products such as CASA, Debit/Credit cards, Insurance & Asset products.
- Develop business relationships with existing customers to increase the customer base.
- Reach out to High Net-worth individuals to promote our Banking products.
- Find new customers from the open market by traveling within the local area/branch allotted.
- Pursue new business relationships and increase the customer base.
Work Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in BFSI and NBFC sector. Freshers interested in Field sales are also invited.
- Candidates from other industries having flair for open market sales are welcome.
Location: Bhopal, Indore. Dewas, Jabalpur, Satna & Anywhere in Madhya Pradesh
Education and Qualifications:
- Any graduate can apply for the position.
Salary:
- Annual CTC of Rupees 2 LPA to 5 LPA
